With roots in Gauteng that stretch back to 1895, MetaCivil entered the 21st Century committed to continuing to lead the way in the building of modern South Africa.
With a proactive, can do attitude, a third generation South African, Sealan Lingham, leads KCivil in its ambitions to become the contractor of choice for construction projects valued at between R 2 million and R 10 million.
Whether project managing commercial or residential developments, medium sized factories, a town house or small shopping complex or even a turnkey project, our mantra as a business, like that of our family, is, BUILT TO LAST.
As a “one-stop shop”, MetaCivil approaches every project with a commitment to solve the challenges faced by our clients. Our holistic approach means that not only do we build the foundations and “shell” to exacting standards, as required to be accredited by both the National Home Builders and Master Builders Organisation, but we also employ cutting edge techniques to the fit-out of constructed homes, buildings, hospitals and business premises.
Our innovative approach has seen us devise, manufacture, supply and install integrated solutions involving laser cutting, injection moulding and LED lighting. Additionally, our expertise extends to skylights and micro-controllers, including technologically advanced home automation and security systems such as scanning readers and finger printing equipment.
